About the Author

Zaire Sabb, FMRN, TM, Herbalist

Zaire Sabb is a traditional midwife, clinical herbalist, and passionate steward of ancestral healing traditions. With decades of dedication to womb wellness and plant-based medicine, Zaire has helped guide countless individuals on their journey toward reproductive sovereignty and holistic health. She trained under the late Grand Midwife Nana Siti in Atlanta, Georgia, and has since repatriated to Ghana, where she continues to offer traditional midwifery and herbal care to her community and abroad.

As the founder of Mystic Momma Herbals, Zaire weaves together traditional African healing systems, clinical herbalism, and spiritual wellness to support reproductive health from preconception through postpartum. Her teachings are deeply rooted in ancestral remembrance, sacred rituals, and the belief that healing is both a personal and collective journey.

Zaire's herbalism philosophy is grounded in the idea that “the body is not broken—only disconnected.” Her work encourages a return to intuitive knowing and reconnection with the Earth as a source of wisdom, nourishment, and healing. She teaches that herbs are not simply remedies, but allies that support balance, transformation, and wholeness.

In addition to her hands-on practice, Zaire is a dedicated educator and speaker, offering workshops, immersive trainings, and herbal apprenticeships for aspiring healers and birthworkers. Her commitment to preserving indigenous knowledge and empowering others through holistic education has touched lives across the globe.

Through Herbal Harmony, Zaire continues her mission to share practical, spiritual, and deeply nourishing tools that honor the sacredness of the womb and the cycles of life.

Throughout the book, readers will explore:

Whether you're a birthworker, herbalist, wellness practitioner, or someone seeking to reconnect with your womb wisdom, Herbal Harmony offers a grounded, heartfelt, and empowering resource to guide your journey.
